The CRÉ of the Haut-Saint-Laurent Valley manages the Youth regional investment fund (FRIJ) jointly with Forum jeunesse.

The mission of the FRIJ is to help the social, community, cultural and technical integration of young people through its financial aid for formative projects. The Secrétariat à la jeunesse is its main financial partner.
